For siding we have used Hardie Planks with 4" exposure and Cedar shakes with 7" exposure. Soffit is vinyl beaded, white.

Brand new construction managed and done by Panthers Creative. This duplex also has a garage with two spaces. We have installed Siga Majvest as a weather barrier. Hardie Board and Batten, Hardie panels with Easy trims and LUX architectural metal siding were installed by us. Also vinyl beaded soffit and LUX Architectural metal soffit over at the entrance porch and roof.
